Service Description
A basic set consisting of one solid color acrylic or gel polish. Price will increase with any designs/add-ons. After day 4 nail repairs come with a fee. Add-Ons: (additional time will be added to appointment for add-on services) Designs-$5 per nail Nail Repair-$5-$10
Cancellation Policy
Nail & Pedicure Service Policies Appointment Grace Period Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation or service modification to avoid delays for other clients. Children Policy To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, children are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Deposits & Booking A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure appointments. Retainer fees will be applied toward the total service balance. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be required to pay a fee or prepay in full before booking future appointments. Guest Policy Only scheduled clients are permitted during appointments unless prior approval has been given. Service Satisfaction If you experience any issues with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address concerns appropriately. Health & Safety For the safety of all clients, services cannot be performed on individuals with contagious conditions, open wounds, or infections in the service area. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time services are completed. Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking.
