Meet the Woman Behind the Crown
I didn't start Flawlessly Pampered because I wanted to throw parties. I started it because I know what it feels like when a girl doesn't believe in herself and I knew I could do something about that.
I'm Sheronda, founder of Flawlessly Pampered and a woman who believes deeply that confidence is not something you're born with. It's something you're taught, shown, and reminded of over and over again, by the people and experiences around you.
I built this business to be one of those experiences for girls in Indianapolis and beyond. A place and sometimes just a moment where a girl sits down, gets pampered, hears something true about herself, and stands up a little taller than when she walked in.
That's the whole mission. Everything we do flows from that.

What We Do
Flawlessly Pampered is an Indianapolis based youth empowerment brand serving girls ages 4–16. We offer mobile spa parties that bring the celebration to you, and confidence-building workshops designed for schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations.
Our signature program, Walk in Your Crown, is a 90-minute Confidence & Poise workshop where girls explore their identity, practice affirmations, learn emotional wellness tools, and leave with a handcrafted crown, and the belief to match.
We are mobile, which means we come to your home, your venue, your school, or your organization. No space? No problem. We bring the experience to where the girls already are.
A Note to Organizations
If you lead a youth program, run an after-school initiative, pastor a youth group, or serve girls in any capacity, I would love to talk. Flawlessly Pampered was built to go where girls are. We partner with organizations to bring empowerment programming that is fun, age-appropriate, and rooted in real tools girls can carry with them. This work is personal to me. And I treat every partnership that way.
